Just. Look. Up.

Please, my friends, let’s avoid using words like “unbelievable,” “unreal,” and certainly let’s not blame it on “2021” to describe the wildfires that happened in Boulder County yesterday.

These disasters are tragic, horrifying, devastating, and VERY believable.

They have been predicted over and over.

This is the climate crisis.

This is the negative feedback loops triggering.

We are frogs in a pot slowing (not so slowly) boiling.

If you think the status quo is too hard to shift, just imagine how hard it will be when these disasters are the status quo. It’s coming. JUST LOOK UP.
